Can you please tell me when this closes, as I just saw that the counter at Haneda Airport closes at 18:30 ?!?
Our flight arrival time at Narita is 7:30pm and we would like to validate our passes then.

Hi there,
The main JR ticket office at Narita Terminal 2 where you can activate your rail pass closes at 21:45. This should give you enough time to clear customs and activate your rail passes when you arrive.
