we are planning to go shinjuku-niigata-karuizawa. Do you have the 5 days flexible pass for JR EAST naganao niigata areas pass?
Can the pass also be use for echigo tokimeki railway?

Hi Et,
I am afraid that we currently do not sell any JR East pass. You can order the JR East Pass directly with JR East on arrival in Japan.
The Tokimeki railway is included.
