Hi there,
I will be traveling around in Hokkaido in Jan'18.
I will be leaving niseko on the 8th and heading to Yamagata.
Researched the journey online and i found that the JR pass will not cover the entire trip from Niseko to Yamagata?
Need some advise on this leg of the journey. :)

I've got some good news for you, the JR Pass does cover the full route!
Could you show me what you found or thought why it would not be included, this way I can explain :)
First, take the JR Hokkaido to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto station, there you can get on the Hayabusa Shinkansen to Omiya, from where you can use the Yamagata Shinkansen.
