Here's my itenerary:
June 28 Arrival at Fukuoka
June 29 Fukuoka-Tokyo
June 30 Tokyo - Osaka
July 2 Osaka to Fukuoka
July 3 Back to Manila Philippines
Is it advisable to get a 7day JR pass?
Or pls suggest a better itenerary. Really want to explore Tokyo and Osaka.

Yes, A 7 day JR pass will help you make very good savings on this trip. Going from Fukuoka to Tokyo by Shinkansen is quite costly without a JR Pass and making a return double so.
