Does the JPpass include the following stops:
1. Narita airport to Tokyo
2. Tokyo to Hakone
3. Hakone to Nakatsugawa
4. Matsumoto to Kyoto
5. Kyoto to Osaka
6. Osaka to Tokyo
Does it include local trains within Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka?

Hi there,
Yes, you can travel between all these places using the JR Pass.
The only note that I would add is that you can use the JR Pass to Odawara station, this is the gateway station for Hakone. From there, you will need to use other transport to explore Hakone. A Hakone Rail pass could be useful here.
The JR Pass also includes the local JR Network in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
