Itinerary for a week

Hello. I will be in Nagoya, gifu area for a week. During that that week I would like to visit Hiroshima, Tokyo and possibly Kyoto. We are family of four traveling all over the age of 12. What would be the best route and can I buy a Jr pass. We are US citizens. Please guide us. Thanks

Hi there,

Are you looking at making day trips or staying longer at any of the cities? What would you like to see within those cities? Your question right now is quite general and hard to fit an itinerary too.

In the meantime, I would suggest having a look at our map. Have a look at the Shinkansen line (in blue) that runs from Tokyo to Hiroshima and past Nagoya. You can get a feel for the route and distances involved.
