13 Dec - Takayma - Lake Kawaguchi
14 Dec - Mount Fuji Area
15 Dec - Lake Kawaguchi - Tokyo (Staying near Takadanobaba)
16 Dec - Disney Resort
17 Dec - Yokohama
18 Dec - Tokyo
19 Dec - Narita Airport
is it worthwhile to get the Jar pass. For Takayama to Lake Kawaguchiko, the plan is to take the highway buss as it is shorter distance and direct.

A return Tokyo - Takayama will cost around 32,000yen so using a JR Pass would already help you make savings.
This may be different if you use the highway bus, I would recommend checking the remaining ticket costs to see if a JR Pass would help.
