Is the JR pass worth it for my trip?

Hello!
Flying into Tokyo on 25th March.
25-29 Tokyo
30 Hakone
31-2 Kyoto
3-4 Osaka
5 Fly out from Kansai
I am planning to purchase the Osaka amazing pass and Hakone free pass.
Will the 7 day JR pass be our money's worth? We are planning to use Shinkansen for our travels.
Please help! I am confused.
