Is JR pass worth it for my trip?

We are traveling from Narito Airport to Tokyo, to Yamanouchi (thru Nagano), to Kyoto, to Tokyo, and back to airport.
All within 14 days.
Is a pass worth it, and which pass should i get?

Hi there,

How many days is the part Nagano - Kyoto - Tokyo? These is by far the most expensive part and you would really make good savings if you could use a 7 day JR Pass for this.

A 14 day JR Pass could be worth it but would likely need a little more travel, such as a side trip to Hiroshima or Nikko.
