Hello - If I am traveling from Tokyo to Nagoya and then later back to Tokyo, I believe that I will be taking the Shinkensan. If I am riding it there and back, is it worth getting the JR pass? I believe that is the only time I will need to use it. Can you buy it for a day instead of 7 days? What do you think that the best option for me should be? Thank you for your help.

Hi there,
If a return Tokyo - Nagoya is your only travel, then a JR Pass would not be worth it. You'd have to travel a bit further or more for the JR Pass to be cost effecient.
Kind regards,
Daniel
