Our itinerary is as follows:
Day 1 - arrive in Tokyo
Day 2 - Tokyo
Day 3 - Tokyo
Day 4 - Tokyo - Kyoto
Day 5 - Kyoto
Day 6 - Kyoto - Hiroshima + Miyajima island (day trip)
Day 7 - Kyoto - Osaka (day trip)
Day 8 - Kyoto - Hakone
Day 9 - Hakone
Day 10 - Hakone -Tokyo
Day 11 - Tokyo - Kamakura (day trip)
Day 12 - Tokyo
Day 13 - Tokyo (Haneda airport)

Appreciate any advice...
thanks

Hi there,

I recommend using a 7-day Japan Rail Pass for travel from Day 4 to day 10. This will help you make massive savings, versus buying tickets out of pockets. In addition, the pass will cover travel between all these cities, and even the ferry to Miyajima.

Have a great trip!
Daniel
