Our flight is scheduled to arrive at Kansai airport at 9.45 pm. Jr office closes at 11 pm. I am afraid I cannot exchange our jr vouchers. Furthermore if there is a flight delay. I need to use the Kanku-kaisoku Express from the airport.

Hi there,
Generally you can reach the JR office within 30 minutes, depending on other traffic at the airport.
Unfortunately you will have to wait until the next day to exchange your voucher if you arrive late and the office is closed.
