How to use JR Pass

Hi,

I will be arriving to Tokyo Narita Airport on February 15th.
My itinerary is as follows:
2/15: Narita-Osaka
2/16: Osaka-Nara-Osaka
2/17-2/18: Osaka
2/19: Osaka-Kyoto
2/20: Kyoto
2/21: Kyoto-Tokyo
2/22-2/25: Tokyo
2/26: Tokyo-Narita Airport

I am planning to use a 7-Day JR Pass on the first day so I can use it to return to Tokyo from Kyoto.

Assuming I have a JR Pass, I want to know if there are trains a JR Pass can be used (if so, what lines/trains?) for the following trips:
1. Narita Airport-Osaka
2. Osaka-Nara (and back to Osaka)
3. Osaka-Kyoto
4. Kyoto-Tokyo
5. Osaka-Kobe

Hi there,

You can travel to all these cities. For travel from Narita Airport to Osaka: take the Narita Express to Tokyo station. From Tokyo use the Hikari Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka station. From Shin-Osaka, local trains run into the city. All other cities have direct lines between them. You just go to the station and hop on the next train bound for say Kyoto, or Kobe etc.
