How to optimize JR pass

Hi I plan to visit Tokyo, then Osaka and then Kyoto. Will then be returning from Kyoto to osaka and back to Tokyo. My itinerary will be as such - 24/11 arrive at Haneda and will go from airport to Tokyo shibuya/shinjuku. Will be using local trains or buses while in Tokyo. Then 28/11 from Tokyo to Osaka till 1/12. While in Osaka, will be using local trains and buses for transport. Taking day trip from Osaka to Kyoto on 2/12 and then return to Osaka on same day. May do another day trip from Osaka to Kyoto on 3/12 and return to Osaka same day. Either 3/12 or 4/12 will return from Osaka to Tokyo and stay till 5/12 before heading back to Haneda Airport from Tokyo for departure. Like to seek yr advice if JR Pass 7 days is suitable and when I should start to use this 7 day pass if it’s only valid for 7 days from first use? If I use it on 24/11 when I arrive to get from Haneda to Tokyo, the 7 days will end on 30/11. So my trip from Tokyo to Osaka falls within these 7 days but my trip from Osaka to Kyoto, kyoto to Osaka, and then from Osaka back to Tokyo falls outside these 7 days. Can I still use this 7 day pass for those trips on 2/12, 3/12 and 4/12? Thanks Don
