Hi,
We would like to travel from Hiroshima to Kawaguchiko or Saiko Lake at Mount Fuji with our Japan Rail Pass. What is the best way to do this?

Hi there,
Going to Hiroshima to Kawaguchiko in one go will take quite a lot of time and transfers.
The best route I can advise is to take the Shinkansen from Hiroshima to Mishima, with a transfer at Shin-Osaka and then use an express bus from there to Kawaguchiko. Note that the bus is not covered by the JR Pass.
