Hi, so i've got myself a wonderful JR Pass and I have no idea how to get to Shinshimonoseki? I live close to Shinjuku station and I was wondering if i could take a shinkansen from there? Or do I have to go to Tokyo station?

Hello there,
Shinjuku does not have a Shinkansen station, instead you could either go to Tokyo or Shinagawa station and take the Shinkansen from there, all the way to Shin Shimonoseki.
