I will travel with my entire family to Japan between 12/17/15 and 01/15/16 day are 12 people. I wonder if I can buy the jrpass for everyone and is more suitable buy green pass for being a large group of people?

Hi there,
I think going for ordinary class JR passes makes more sense when you travel with a big group. For two reasons, there are much more ordinary seats available, to its easier to have seating together. Also Green Class is something I'd mostly recommend for solo travelers or couples who wish to travel in more quiet.
