Hi

I have an upcoming trip of the follow:

Haneda airport: arrival 5pm

Need to go:

Haneda to Nozawa Onsen (4 nights and stay in town)
Nozawa to Tokyo (2nights)
Tokyo to Haneda

What kind of JRPass should I be buying? Once I"m in Nozawa Onsen, I literally will not be using JR.
Please advise the type and send itinerary.

Thank you,

Hi there,

I think just buying normal tickets works best, there's not really a pass that matches your itinerary and would help you make savings.

Kind regards,
Daniel

Hi

What about the 5 any days JREast pass? If I'm reading it correctly, the 5 days pass can be used any days within the 14 days.

The one way from Haneda to Iiyama Stn cost over 8000 Yen, whereas JR East is 18000?

Also, once I buy a JR Pass online, up to how long do I need to use it? Is there an expiry day?

Thanks
