HI
I’ll be flying into Narita airport on Friday to spend days 10 in Tokyo with my 5 yr old son. I was planning on just getting the train to kanda station which is near our hotel and then we will be wanting to go to Disneyland, Tokyo sea, Lego land the zoo and into Shinjuku will I need to get the Jr pass to get to these places or I can just get around using other train tickets?
I’ll also be celebrating my 30th bday any cool places to go for dinner for the two of us?? Or any other cool places we should check out for kids and culture.
And pocket wifi iv heard this is a must and you can hire them is this all true where is the best place to hire and how does it work ?

Thanks so much

Hi there,

A JR Pass is useful when you travel to different cities but would not make sense for just local travel in Tokyo. You'd be just fine buying normal tickets or Suica.

For dinner, how about the Robot Restaurant, its very popular and really cool. Also directly located in Shinjuku. It's very popular though, so reserve in advance.

For WiFi, we have a very good package with unlimited data and high speed internet. Also great to keep your kid(s) busy with things like Netflix when you need a moment of quiet.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
