my flight leave at 14:15 to Supporo , I do not know how to manage the JR EAst from Karuizawa to the Narita Airport teminal 3 on time ? Please advice the direction that fastest to the airport ? Especially transfer the railway , please help.

The best route is the to take a Shinkansen from Karuizawa to Tokyo station and use the Narita Express from there to Narita Airport.
