Hello,
If I buy a one-week Japan Rail Pass, can I pay extra and extend it to a two week pass?
If yes, does this have to be done in advance of the trip or can it be done in Japan?

Hi there,

JR Passes can not be changed once issued, or extended. You can buy a new pass however, once your has expired.
