extend JRP 7 days to JRP 14 days

Hi, dear JRP staff,
we would be in Japan from 16th until 29th November this year. We have bought the JRP 7 days and we would like to know if we could extend it to the JRP 14 days without paying a second JRP 7 days?

Hi Doris,

A JR Pass can't be changed once issued but we may be able to issue a new 14 day JR Pass for you.

The best option is to contact our sales team via [email protected] with your prior order details and we'll see what the best option is.
