Exchanging voucher for a Pass

Hi,
Can you give me an idea of how long I should allow to complete the paperwork and have a JR East Hokkaido Pass issued when I get to Sapporo JR office?
And can I collect reserved train tickets at the same Office?

Hi,
It depends a lot on how many other people happen to be with you doing the same thing (or for other reasons). Sapporo is not as busy as Narita Airport or Tokyo are, however. I suggest you schedule 15-30 minutes to be safe. There are no reserved train tickets with the pass - the pass is all you need, and you just show it at the manned ticket counter when you enter and exit the platform area.
