Yesterday evening I purchased two 14 day tickets. I completed the purchase (707 euros for Portugal) but after the payment process the website returned to the homepage and I got no confirmation of the reservation whatsoever.
I confirmed with my bank and the money already left my account.
I'd like to know if everything is in order, if it is possible to get the confirmation of purchase and what's the expected time for the passes to arrive at my adress.
