I would like to confirm whether the e-Ticket Customer's Coupon is necessary to print in order to redeem the Pass at the JR Counter. Can I just show the confirmation (wth QR code, Reservation Receipt No., etc. at the JR counter in order to exchange for the pass)? Thank you.

Hi there,
The JR Pass has a physical voucher, you will have to present this to get your Japan Rail Pass.
It is not possible to print it yourself.
