Did not receive confirmation email

Hello.
I recently ordered 2 rail passes with my friend for a trip coming up on the 31st but did not receive a confirmation email. I did receive an order reference but have no clue when the passes will arrive or where they are. If there is any help for this I’d greatly appreciate it
