I was wondering whether there needs to be signed at delivery of the exchange voucher for the japan rail pass. The delivery will be today at approximately 12:00 but I am not sure if I can leave the house. We really need the pass because we will be leaving in 2 days.

Hi Berend,
Due to the value of the package, a signature is required. Sometimes the driver may put the package in your mailbox if you are not at home.
