I am about to order our passes and saw you will deliver to a residence in Japan. However, if we aren't home to sign for it, what happens then? Thank you!

Hi there,
Most likely it will be delivered at a later date. Or you could contact the local FedEx to arrange for a 2nd delivery or pickup somewhere. In some cases the voucher may be put directly in your mailbox without signature, however this does not always happen.
