Hi, we are planning to buy the JR PASS on today(19 April 2023) and our departure date is on 28 April 2023. Isit possible to receive our passes before our departure date.
We also would like to seek for your advice if we should proceed buying the JR PASS for our itinerary as below:-
28 April to 2 May - Tokyo
2 May to 3 May - Hakone
3 May to 4 May - Nagoya
4 May to 9 May - Osaka, Kyoto, Nara

What will you do after May 9th?
As the itinerary is, I do not think you could make savings with a JR Pass. This would be different if you include a return to Tokyo.
