Hello, I will be arriving at Narita Airport on April 11th going on the cruise from Yokohama to Tokyo Oi container pier (due to congestion in Yokohama), disembark is on the 27th going to Kyoto with my pass. May I Pick-up my pass at Narita Airport on the 11th and start using it on the 27th for 8 days??

Hi there,
We do not offer pick-up but you could order the JR Pass online beforehand and just take it with you on the cruise.
For travel to Kyoto, take local transport from the cruise terminal (metro) to Shin-Osaka, from there the Shinkansen goes directly to Kyoto. Travel to Kanazawa and Tokyo are with direct trains.
