Just wonder if I cannot receive it in time or if there is any emergency that I cannot go to Japan as expected, can I get the refund for the unused JRPass?
If I can but I cannot get the JRPass, can it be returned by my friends in Tokyo?

Hi there,
Any unused JR Pass purchased through jrpass.com can be returned and refunded up to 1 year after purchase. Do note that a refund of 15% applies.
