My fright will be arrived at 18:45 at Haneda Airport where the ticket centre should already been closed at 18:30. I am afraid there will not be enough time for me to have my JR Pass exchange in Tokyo Station because it will be closed at 20:30, so I wonder if I can have my ticket exchange at Hamamatsucho Station since it close at 23:00, and it is another terminal for the monorail. Can someone advise me?

Hi there,
There is no exchange location at Hamamatsucho, so you will have to use an other station in Tokyo. Your best bet would be to try and make it to Tokyo before the ticket exchange there office closes at 20:30.
