My flight will arrive at Narita Airport Terminal 2 at 6:15 am. I want to exchange my pass as soon as possible, as I will be heading to Kyoto immediately. I have a JR green pass. Can I exchange my JR pass before the JR East Travel Service Center opens (at 8:15)? Can I exchange it at JR Ticket Office instead (at 6:30-8:15)? If not, do you have any suggestions? I want to leave as soon as I can.
Also, it would be great if you can help me out with seat reservations. I will be travelling from Narita to Kyoto on December 27th, and back from Kyoto to Shibuya on December 29th. I also plan to take a short trip from Shibuya to Kamakura on December 30th. Should I make seat reservations for all of these once I exchange my voucher? Or is it not too busy for my direction, and I can book just before departing?
