Can I buy JR Pass before arriving in Japan and collect my JR Pass at the Airport?
Because I only left less than a week in my country, and I worry the JR Pass couldn't reach my country before I go to Japan, as I know it will be cheaper by 20% if I buy it before I go to Japan.
