Ideally I would love to pick up the JR Pass and all seat reservations upon arrival at Narita, late afternoon. However, I was told that usually there is a line there and as a result I could not get the seats (to avoid making all others wait for a long time).
I was told that due to the fact that end of March is high season and it is important to get reserved seats as soon as possible after arrival. I will be staying in central Tokyo (near the Shimbashi Metro Station. With this in mind, what location would be the best one to go to and take care of the seats, all at one time shortly after arrival?
