If I buy 7 days JR pass can access to the following stations.
My travelling start from Tokyo to Osaka from Osaka to Nagano and from Nagano back to Tokyo for my flight back to Singapore.
From Osaka to Nagano can I use JR train?
The same as from Nagano to Tokyo can I use JR train?
Pls advise.

Yes, you can travel to all these placings using the JR Pass and you can use the Shinkansen where available too!
