My 4 members family will arrive to Narita Airport in July 14th. We plan to travel from Narita Airport to Kyoto directly (not stop by Tokyo). Can we go there with JR Pass 7 days? The JR pass included Airport bus and Shinkanshen or only Shinkanshen?
I have a 3 years old son, do i have to buy for him a pass too?

Hi there,
You can use the Narita Express and Shinkansen to Kyoto using the JR Pass from Narita Airport.
Children below the age of 6 do not have to buy a pass:

Do you have a schedule of Shinkansen? Because we arrive at 11h20 and we will go to Osaka later (we've changed destination from Kyoto to Osaka), but we dont know what time the bullet train will start to catch up ontime?
