Hello again, Daniel-San
you didn't reply to my last question, after I told you I had bought the Japan Rail Pass - I trust that was just a coincidence ...
My friend and I have arrived in Bangkok and will fly into Tokyo Narita airport tomorrow morning, arriving just after 09.00
I have tried to elucidate the answer to this question before with you - It says that the Japan Rail Pass will allow us to (get a ticket and) travel to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto (a 4-hour trip) But then to get the Hokuto limited Express from Hokuto to Sapporro (a 3 and a half hour trip) the second train being on a Japan Rail East South Hokkaido Pass
I don't believe that second journey can be done with the passes bought - even though it says Japan Rail - which youdidn't explain and I feel misinformed.
I thought that travel between Tokyo and Sapporo was possible by train on the Japan Rail Pass but I have only found Bus information between Hokuto and Sapporo on the Japan Rail Pass system.
You did not explain this before and I am disappointed to think I need to change from train to Bus when someone else (?) runs a train between Hokuto and Sapporo.
But I now have the Japan Rail Passes and will not buy other passes.
So please explain the route I can use on the Japan Rail Pass - an example to fit our arrival tomorrow will do, starting with a suitably timed train from Tokyo to Hokuto and then how we get from Hokuto to Sapporo.
You have the timeframe of our journey and Japan is only 1 hour different to Thailand, I believe, so please get back to me with the information I need quickly
in hope and haste
