We will be traveling around Japan for 15 days and plan to buy a 14 day pass. Do we have to use the pass 14 days in a row or for 14 total days?

Hi there,
Once activated, the JR Pass is valid for 7/14/21 consecutive days. This means that you'll have to use it 14 days in a row.
