I Will travel between 28th of april till 9th of may. This is my schedule:

30 Kyoto
1 Kyoto
2 Osaka
3 Nara
4 Nara
5 Kinosaki
6 Hiroshima

9 Tokio —> Amsterdam
Does anyone has tips for 7th of may? Something between hiroshima and Tokio? And should I buy the JRPass for 7 or 14 days? And the last question, i like to visit the Mount Fuji, just to see it and for one day and not to climb it. From which city in my schedule should I go there?

Since you travel most days, I think a 14 day JR Pass makes sense here. You can use the Japan Rail Pass to travel between all the cities you plan on going to.
On day 7, there are a couple of options that come to mind:
Onomichi - small harbor town with amazing views over the Seto inland sea and delicious local Ramen.
Shizuoka - Famous for the best Green Tea in Japan. It is an interesting city to visit with good views on Fuji.
Hakone Lot's to see and do here, explore the local area, enjoy a local onsen and Ryokan and see Fuji on a clear day.
