So I am debating on whether to buy the JRPass. I am trying to get to Saga from Tokyo. The JRPass says that I cannot ride the Nozomi and Mizuho lines in japan. Is there any other bullet trains i can ride using the JRPass that will get me to Hakata from Tokyo? Also I would like to go to Kyoto from Saga, can I use the JRPass to do this as well?

Hi there,
Yes you can take the Hikari/Sakura Shinkansen instead with the JR Pass. This way the entire route Tokyo - Hakata is covered by the JR Pass. The trip Saga - Kyoto is also free with the JR Pass.
Hope this helps!
