Hi there,

The JR Pass covers all most all of your routes. Only Asakusa does not have a JR station. The best way to get there with a JR Pass is to take a train to Ueno station and from there use the metro to Asakusa.

Outside of that, the JR Pass will cover all your travel and help you make great savings.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
