Hi
Is it possible to know roughly how many kilometers travelling by JR lines to have profitability of a 7 days JR pass ?

Hi,
It doesn't really work that way. Distance is one factor, but speed is by more important - and you'll get a lot more value by taking the bullet trains where you can.
You can see regular fares, routes, distances and schedules on Hyperdia.
Under "More Options", be sure to uncheck the Nozomi box since you can't ride that train using the pass.

But to find if a pass will pay off for you, you can use this simple JR Pass calculator.
