Hey,
I ordered two tickets to JR 7 days
I received order number
But I have not received - email confirming the order and in three days I am supposed to land in Japan,
What to do?

I would be grateful for your help, a written request to suggest, in the meantime also undertake credit card, including fast delivery, but I have not received confirmation by e-mail nor a call from the transport and a day I'm supposed to go, what to do, what else can you do
