05/04 Fri: Reach Tokyo afternoon: Airport to Tokyo city train travel
08/04 Mon: Tokyo to Kyoto Train Travel
10/04 Wed: Kyoto to Osaka travel
13/04 Sat: Osaka to Tokyo Train travel
What pass is advised: JR rail pass or Regional pass?

I would recommend purchasing a Hokuriku Arch Pass - it covers your itinerary at a lower cost than the JR Pass.
