Hi, I will fly to Osaka next month. Regarding Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass. Could I use the pass for the train JR Hida from Osaka Station to Nagoya Station, then to Takayama Station?

Hi there,
Unfortunately this is not included, you'll either have to go around or purchase separate tickets. Info on the Takayama-Hokuriku Pass can be found here.

I will use JR Hida from Osaka Station to Takayama Station. If I hold Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass:
1. Should I pay full cost of JR Hida? Since if I am not wrong The Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass cover JR Hida from Nagoya Station to Takayama Station. 2. How can I reach Takayama cheapest and soonest?
