Hi there,

You can use the pass to travel on the Hokuriku Arch, but not outside the route. For example, you can go to Kanazawa, but the bus to Shirakawa-go is not included. Same with the Snow Monkey park, you can go to Nagano with the pass but will need additional transport to Jigokudani park.

Travel to Niigata is also not included.
