I bought Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass.
I would like to ask if we can exchange the JP Pass at the KANSAI Airport JR Office?
and should the Exchange date will be the activation date? because we plan to activate the JR Pass on day 5th of our trip.
