I will be arriving into Narita and going into Tokyo central.
Then to Fujikyo HIghland station, then on to Kyoto (not sure route but by train)
Then back to Tokyo
Then to Imabari (to cycle)
Then to Omabari and Hiroshim
Then Tokyo
Can you advise which pass I should purchase?

Hi Julie,
Yes, I would certainly recommend a JR Pass. The length would depend on how many days you'll be in each city but you'd make good savings for sure, with either a 7-day or 14-day JR Pass.
