Usage of 7 days JR Pass

Hello Daniel San
I have plans to travel to Japan for 12 days. Can you advice on the travel plans? My itinerary is as follows : –
Question: is it ok to purchase the 7days JR pass?
Since im staying in near JR Namba in Osaka can i use the JR pass to Kyoto and Nara?

Day 1 – Arrival at Narita to Tokyo (use JR pass day 1))
Day 2 – Tokyo to Hakodate (use JR pass day 2)
Day 3 - Hakodate
Day 5 – Hakodate – Tokyo (use JR pass day 3)
Day 5 – Tokyo Disneyland (use JR pass day 4)
Day 6 – Tokyo – Osaka (day trip to kyoto) (use JR pass day 5)
Day 7 – Osaka (day trip to Nara & explore Osaka) (use JR pass day 6)
Day 8 – Osaka – Tokyo (use JR pass day 7)
Day 9 – Explore Tokyo (purchase subway pass)
Day 10 – Explore Tokyo (purchase subway pass)
Day 11 – Explore Tokyo (purchase subway pass)
Day 12 – Tokyo – Narita (NEX)

Hello there,

You'd be making very effective use of a 7 day JR Pass with your trip. Going up and down to Hakodate alone will more than pay for the pass. You can also use it from JR-Namba station to access other parts of Osaka but also cities like Kyoto and Nara.
